Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be unused or gently used, with all parts included. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 30 days and we will replace or refund it with no need to return it. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within about 10 days.
